Our director Stephen Arulogun, works closely with our clients to ensure their needs are met and goals are understood.
IR Advocates was formed out of a drive to ensure fair and just outcomes for clients. Too often employees are disadvantaged and do not have a voice to stand up for themselves when employment issues arise. We promise to be upfront with costs and provide a narrow fee estimate at the start of your dispute. We will keep you informed at every step with regards to how your matter is progressing and how we expect it to continue into the future.

Stephen has extensive experience advocating on behalf of workers who have been unfairly discriminated against, dismissed or faced other workplace issues in breach of the Fair Work Act.
As an industrial relations advocate, Stephen’s industry experience allows him to provide tailored professional advice to employees, employers and contractors across industries such as building and construction, pharmaceutical and law.
Stephen Arulogun’s previous experience as a pharmacist allows him to provide tailor-made solutions to small to medium sized businesses in the industry.
Stephen's goal is to establish himself as a reliable, long-term expert friend with his clients. He offers straightforward solutions to complex workplace issues. Stephen works with his clients in an honest, compassionate, personable, and professional manner, providing strategy and technical advice, as well as dealing with emergencies, disagreement, and complaints.
